libtemplate-alloy-perl software package provides TT2/3, HT, HTE, Tmpl, and Velocity Engine, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libtemplate-alloy-perl
libtemplate-alloy-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libtemplate-alloy-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libtemplate-alloy-perl *
You will get with libtemplate-alloy-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
